Far from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a 2-hectare green setting, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a stream and punctuated by a small pond.

Charming Chaumière located on the property of the Manoir de la Pérelle in Hondouville. Dependency located on a plot of 3 hectares on the edge of the Iton. Free walk on the property. Very charming village in the heart of the Iton Valley to visit by bike (loan of bicycles). Bakery, tobacco bar, pharmacy etc nearby. You can park your car in the fully enclosed courtyard. You will have views over the courtyard and garden area.

Ideally located between Giverny, on the Impressionist circuit and the loops of the Seine; you will also be in the center of Rouen in 20 minutes. Free municipal parking is available a stone's throw from the Bergerie (under video surveillance). We can speak English if needed ;-)

The Rusty Rose

This Cottage with its atypical charm - entirely designed and created by me - is nestled in the heart of our property in a small village in Vexin Normand. 1 hour from Paris, 50 minutes from Rouen, 25 minutes from Lyons-La-Forêt, 20 minutes from Vernon-Giverny, 10 minutes from Château-Gaillard-Les Andelys, 2 minutes from Domaine de la Croix Sauvalle and Grange du Bourgoult.

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
