Cette maison atypique des années 1500, on l’a désirée, transformée, mais tout en gardant son authenticité avec sa façade à colombage, les tomettes rouges dans l’escalier, la hauteur sous plafond au dernier étage … Mais on l’a aussi pensée et créée pour qu’elle vous plaise également. Ground floor: indoor pool heated year-round (29°/9 x 4 meters, deck chairs, water games), fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room + walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room. 1st floor: living room (connected TV), sports area/sleeping area (treadmill, rowing machine, bike, comfortable sofa bed). Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

Bed linen and towels are provided. It is equipped with a TV, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hairdryer, etc... Lovers of calm and nature, you will be won over by this peaceful place. The space The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in a row. Ideal for a couple with kids. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

NO PARTIES OR BIRTHDAYS Single-family home with equipped kitchen, 2 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. The house is on our property and has access to a covered pool shared with us. The pool is not heated and therefore not accessible in winter (October to May). We are ideally located between Paris and Rouen and less than a quarter of an hour from Giverny. A great base for exploring Paris and Normandy. English spoken fluently.
