Condo vacation rentals in EUR, Rome

Fabio was a great host. He welcomed us and gave us a tour of the apartment. Plus, gave us water when we arrived. That was really great of him since we were parched from traveling. Aside from that, apartment was great and cozy.

We had a wonderful time in Rome. Marco has already left helpful tips for the journey in the directions and also moved the check-in forward on request, even if the request came from us a little short-term. For minor problems when opening the apartment door, answers came within minutes. The communication with Marco was basically extremely friendly and open. The apartment itself was very clean and the decor very tasteful and according to the pictures. It is also located in a quieter area from which you can quickly reach the airport by taxi, but at the same time it is not far from the city center. Marco was not only a contact person for Airbnb matters, but also for (really good) recommendations in the city. He also gave us the feeling that we can write at any time if we need anything. All in all, a nice stay. I'd come back anytime!

Really friendly host, the apartment had everything we needed and as described.

Flavio is a very proactive and responsive host. He also offers an early (from 08:00 in the morning) and flexible check-in, which was extremely helpful! The flat is on the 4th floor, quite spacious and rather clean, the location is quiet and not overpopulated by tourists. It is easy to reach Trastevere by bus, as well as other central venues. The accommodation was excellent, very clean and tastefully decorated. My wife and I felt good right away. Stefania welcomed us with a smile worthy of a flight attendant. She had prepared some very nice little gifts for us (cold drinks, sweets, first breakfast offered, subway ticket for the first day). The accommodation has a sheltered parking lot that is very useful for our car, which allows you to reach Rome by parking at EUR Fermi and continuing by metro. We had a lovely time and highly recommend this place. Thanks again to Stefania and her husband Vincenzo who are lovely.

Daniele’s place was perfect, cozy, and 20 mins from Rome. He received us warmly. There aren't enough hosts like him. We stayed 2 nights and could have easily stayed more. 100% recommend !

Great value for money. Marco is attentive and responsive and the area is lovely with friendly people and lively nightlife and restaurants. Would 100% recommend to people looking for a fun and comfortable stay.

This place was a gem. To be this close to the Coloseum makes one feel like a true Roman. 24hr grocery a few feet away, tons of great food just a walk away into the Monti neighborhood, close to a metro, pharmacy at end of street, and AMAZING Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. You will not melt. One floor up with a lift for luggage. Plus Massimo is communicative, kind, and checked in on us. If you want location as your primary quality, look no more!

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

Such a wonderful stay! Easy to find great local spots given the location is in a lively area. Hope to stay here again next time we visit!

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

As always this is our favourite Airbnb! Antonino is the best host and the apartment has everything you need and more. Location is perfect with 10 Minute walk to the beach, two supermarkets literally around the corner, bike rental vis a vis. It cannot get much better than this!

Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!
