This studio is equipped with a bed area, a shower room, a kitchenette, and a living area where the sofa unfolds into a double bed. Our neighborhood is residential and quiet. It is well connected to public transport (bus 95, bus 34, bus 36 and tram 81). We are located in Etterbeek.

In a quiet street, 5 min walk to Merode station (metro station), small apartment located on the ground floor and overlooking the garden. There is a small balcony available and roller shutters in both rooms so you can sleep in complete darkness. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, hotplates and utensils, a fridge and mini freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, etc.). The toilet is in the apartment but separate from the other living rooms.
