Studio cosy & lumineux

Notre studio dispose de sa propre entrée et est complètement indépendant. Notre « suite invités » est attenante à notre logement, fraîchement rénovée, au rez-de-chaussée et dispose d’une terrasse fraîche. Ce studio est équipé d’un coin lit, une salle de douche, un kitchenette, et une zone salon où le canapé se déplie en lit double. Notre quartier est résidentielle et calme. Il est bien connecté aux transports en communs (bus 95, bus 34, bus 36 et le tram 81). Nous sommes localisés à Etterbeek.

Appartement avec balcon

Dans une rue calme à 5 min à pied de la station Merode (station métro), petit appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée et donnant vue sur jardin. Il y a un petit balcon à disposition et des volets roulants dans les deux pièces afin de pouvoir dormir dans le noir complet. La cuisine est équipe d’un four à micro ondes, de plaques de cuisson et ustensiles, d’un frigo et mini congélateur, d’une cafetière, d’une bouilloire, etc..). Le WC est dans l’appartement mais séparé des autres pièces à vivre.

As this lovely apartment is on the highest floor of our old typical renovated Brussels’ mansion, please note that there are quite some stairs to reach it. Avoid heavy luggage. Please note that the apartment is for maximum 2 persons We, as a family live on the lowest floors, easily at your disposal in case of questions or recommendations.

Il est constitué d'un salon avec espace de travail, d'un vestiaire, d'une cuisine, d'une salle à manger, d'une chambre avec espace de travail et d'une salle de douche en ensuite. L'appartement est non fumeurs et peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes . Les animaux sont interdits. Les hotes seront ravis de vous donner des conseils.
