"The view" is located at the top and is the closest neighbor to a fantastic nature experience - Synnfjell with Spåtind as the highest peak at 1414 meters above sea level It is rented out from time to time and the possibilities of the place must just be experienced with very good hiking possibilities both in summer and winter

Hytta ligger vakkert med utsikt mot Fjellvarden 957 moh i Etnedalen. Det er en moderne hytte med høy standard som ble totalrenovert i 2017/2018. Stor terrasse både sørvendt og vestvendt. Bålpanne og utemøbler er tilgjengelig. Det er en trampoline på tomten som kan brukes på eget ansvar. Hytta har helårsvei og to parkeringsplasser på tomten.

Ab April 2024 möchten wir unsere neu gebaute Hütte auch Gästen zur Verfügung stellen. Die Hütte ist eine der ersten in einem neu erschlossenen Hüttengebiet und liegt in Randlage, so dass es nur zu einer Seite (nach Osten) Nachbarn geben wird. Im Augenblick ist das Nachbar-Grundstück noch nicht verkauft. Nach Süden und Westen hin ist der Blick unverbaubar.
