המקום של שרון נהדר! הכי נקי ונעים שישנו בו באתיופיה. שרון ענתה מהר והכניסה אותנו לבית שעתיים אחרי ההזמנה. היא קיבלה את פנינו בברכה ובחיוך, הסבירה הכל על הבית ועל הסביבה והייתה זמינה בכל עת. הבית נמצא בשכונה שקטה ונעימה בקצה אדיס אבבה. זה רחוק מאיזורים תיירותיים אבל לנו זה התאים והסביבה הנעימה הייתה יתרון משמעותי. לסיכום, מומלץ מאוד! אני שומרת לי את המקום כדי לחזור אליו בפעם הבאה שאהיה באדיס אבבה ומקווה להתקל בבתים דומים בערים אחרות שאטייל בהם.

I denne boligen deler du tun med familien som er eier. Du velger selv hvor mye kontakt du ønsker, de er absolutt ikke påtrengende. Jeg valgte å ha myyye kontakt, og har fått venner for livet. En kjeeempehyggelig familie som lot meg ta del i tradisjonell matlaging og kaffesermoni bl.a. Mer autentisk blir det ikke. Vi bodde her i ei uke og så iiiingen andre ‘turister’. Trygt nabolag.

An excellent environment for those who go for privacy, hygiene, value for money, security, and accessibility to all essentials. The apartment has everything. The host, Senait, is an amazing character. She checks on you for anything that needs attention. The care and hospitality accorded is beyond expectations. I stayed from 8th April to 16th April 2025 and I felt it was too short for me. I know of no reason you would be disappointed by the location, the apartment, and the host. Thank you so much, Senait, for making me feel at home away from home.

We really enjoyed staying here. Mahetem was so kind and helpful. The place was immaculate and very safe. After some rough Airbnb experiences in Addis, finding this place was such a relief. Whenever I’m next in Addis, I’ll definitely look to stay here again.

We rented Mr. Dereje’s place for a month, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The kitchen was fully functional, and the entire space made everyone feel right at home. The location was perfect, and the price he offered was incredibly reasonable—almost like staying for free! Without a doubt, we would happily stay at his place again whenever we plan to visit Addis. if you want a break from the high-rises, this is am excellent simple spot. Very central. Incredibly kind and friendly staff. Beautiful small yard garden with lots of birds. Good book collection, especially if you read Italian. Solid wi-fi. Giacomo's easy to get in touch with, and the staff are all super available. Off the main streets so peaceful at night. It's across from a primary school, so if you don't like the sound of kids shouting and playing, maybe not for you.

For the price it was a great value. I arrived around 11pm and the receptionist was beyond nice. He walked me over to a 24hr restaurant and walked me back. The room was large and clean. My initial room had some mosquitos bc a window was left open and they immediately put me in a new room. They gave me plenty of free water bottles. I would recommend this place. The location was good for what I needed in terms of the meetings I had. Traveling around was relatively easy with ride share apps.

Der Aufenthalt im Gasthaus war wirklich angenehm. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass ein früher Check-in problemlos möglich war. Die beiden Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt.

Koki was a great receptionist and help. Derejes accommodated and was very flexible with me and my family by letting us check in earlier as our flight was landing 9am. Derejes responses were quick as I messaged the night before booking asking for this accommodation. The restaurant downstairs was also very good and authentic italian food also allowing us to order up to our room as well!. The room was very modern and clean and had everything we needed such as an oven, stove, fridge and washing machine. They also let us pick between two rooms with two different views ( we chose the one with the free soccer game! ). The room was the exact same as the photos and in an excellent location. overall loved the experience and the space felt like home with multiple bedrooms for a great price❤️ and I am even booking again for my last week in ethiopia! Thank you Dereje and koki for our wonderful stay!

I stayed here for three months, room were organised and stuff were very kind.You can take a hot shower.This place was amazing!

This is our second stay at Nunu’s place, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The house is excellent, and the security is outstanding. We highly recommend it to others! One of the standout features of this property is the reliable water supply—both cold and hot—along with a functional power generator that activates within half a minute of any power interruptions.

I loved my stay here! We were accommodated very quickly despite booking last minute. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with comfortable bedsheets, towels and all kitchenware. The location is amazing, central and close to the airport, cafes, and shopping. There’s a generator in the building but we never had a problem with electricity or water. The great sunset views from the balcony were an unexpected plus. The entire building is clean and well-kept. I will definitely be staying here again while in Addis. Our host was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Thank you so much Massiah!

We had a lovely days in Addis Ababa and what made it even more enjoyable was the our host Dawit . Dawit's help and advice on guidance on good places to go and the prices of different things to avoid scammers. Dawit was there and responsive at all times Day and night. The place is walking distance from the center of the city for those who enjoy walking.

Beautiful apartment with great views from the bedrooms and the rooftop balcony. Everything was very clean, including the bathrooms. Washing machine worked great. Convenience store in the lobby is nice with friendly staff. Apartment is located 15 minutes within most everything you’ll want to see in Addis. Highly recommend staying here.

Michael is very professional, friendly and informative. He took me on an exclusive tour of Addis and made provisions for me based on my requests. The apartment is spacious, airy and has a beautiful night view. The indoor washer is a plus. Yes, visit this place for a special, unique feature in the master bedroom! Thanks Michael!
