Located in the small village of Etercy in the countryside between lake and mountains, comfort of 40m2, well arranged ,with living room, sleeping area and fully equipped kitchen. A terrace is reserved for you above the studio . A swimming pool and a shared outdoor kitchen are accessible. A parking space is reserved for you in the courtyard of the house. Attractive region summer as winter.

A 4-star furnished apartment, 42 m2, arranged by an interior designer. The decor is neat in a contemporary "Mountain" spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

40 square meter apartment upstairs from my house. Separate bedroom. Independent access. There's only one apartment, so you'll be the only guests. Nonglard is a very quiet little village 12 km from Annecy. I am retired, so available to welcome and advise you. Check-in time is flexible. The grounds are enclosed, accessed by electric gate.

A successful weekend in Annecy! A great rental, very good location, quiet in a small residential and tree-lined neighborhood. A place where you can really feel at home.
