In the countryside, in the small village of Yvias, close to Paimpol, and the sea 10 min away; we rent out our family home so that it continues to live during our vacations. We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 2 to 7. All amenities for adults and children are present indoors and outdoors, including a heated swimming pool in summer! Electric car charging possible at the house!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS QUIET, WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD BY NOT STAYING ON THE TERRACE OR IN THE HOT TUB AFTER 10:30 PM, a noise detector alerts you by message if you are too noisy. The interior of the house is well insulated so you can continue your evenings without worries inside!
