Vacation rentals with beach access in Estepona

Gorgeous apartment that was well laid out and spacious for 5 of us. Beach was quiet and nice but the nudists did dominate The pool was lovely and family friendly with plenty of space Check in was easy and they were so accommodating after we got lost. Sea views are amazing

The apartment was outstanding and perfect location for what we needed. The photos don’t do it justice, spotlessly clean and really quiet. Would highly recommend and will return.

Great place to stay, close to Estepona old town , walkable in less than 10 Minutes. Safe and secure apartment and was exactly as described. Easy checki in and communication was prompt throughout. Apartment was clean and has a great rooftop terrace which has the sun all day!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal da und haben uns wieder für eine Wohnung von Kata entschieden. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man für einen geruhsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation über AirBnB bei Fragen und Wünsche wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, Wünsche schnell erfüllt. Die Anlage liegt an einem Strand der nicht von Liegestuhlanbietern zugepflastert ist. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand waren auch vorhanden. Dies ist auch nicht selbstverständlich und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Für uns war dies ein schöner Urlaub und wir können die Wohnungen von Kata nur empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder einmal an die Costa del Sol reisen werden wir uns wieder eine Wohnung von Kata aussuchen. Perfect location with several restaurant, bars, and a mercado all within 2 minutes walk. Old Town is a short walk up the beach as well. The views from the balcony were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Monica's comfortable and spacious apartment.

A very nice renovated apartment in a great location and with a spectacular view overlooking Christo Beach. Communication and access were excellent. A great stay.

Un apartamento muy bonito, cómodo y luminoso, mejor que en las fotos, con una terraza muy agradable que da sobre el paseo marítimo que es como un jardín bótanico y el mar. El apartamento de Raquel y Juanma está muy bien equipado y estuvieron en todo momento disponibles y muy amables y nos recibieron con un super detalle de bienvenida. Esta cerca andando del casco antiguo y del puerto deportivo. Muy recomendable. Muchas gracias.

Vi hade en underbar vecka med vår familj i detta fantastiska hus. Generösa sällskapsytor, bra kök, jättefina sovrum med badrum. Väldigt lyxig känsla. Uteområdet och poolen är perfekt att umgås och njuta av, både på dag o kväll. Utsikten är underbar. Morgonkaffet med utsikt över Medelhavet och Gibraltarklippan var bästa starten på dagen. Från köket en underbar utsikt över berget. De stora fönsterna gör att man njuter av omgivningarna hela tiden. Vi var 6 vuxna och 2 barn (3 och 5 år). Här var gott om plats till oss alla att både umgås men också ha utrymme för att kunna vara för sig själva. Närhet till havet o Estepona var också ett plus. Vi är jättenöjda med vår vecka och kontakten med Carolien som alltid svarade snabbt och var hjälpsam.

We loved our stay at this place! It exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions. Accessing the house was easy, thanks to the clear instruction. The space was very child-friendly. It was also very clean 🙏🏼😊 The only downside is that you'll need a car to get to nearby grocery stores and restaurants, as they're not within walking distance.

Clare’s home is in a lovely location, right by the beach. Easy to reach restaurants and tourist spots. The home was spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Clare was very responsive and communicated all instructions clearly, and provided helpful local recommendations.

Ik heb ontzettend genoten van mijn verblijf in het penthouse van Oceana Gardens in Estepona. Het appartement was werkelijk schitterend ingericht en voorzien van alle denkbare gemakken. Alles was schoon, modern en comfortabel, wat het verblijf erg aangenaam maakte. Er is een ruim balkon en als je daar heerlijk zat had je uitzicht op de bergen en in de verte de zee. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig, ideaal om te ontspannen. De aanwezigheid van een gym was voor mij een fijne bonus. Voor wie van lekker eten houdt er zit een goed restaurant La Famillia op loopafstand dat absoluut een bezoek waard is. Een auto is wel aan te raden, want dan ben je in ongeveer 15 tot 20 minuten in het centrum van Estepona, waar je volop restaurants en het strand vindt. Kortom een perfect verblijf als je op zoek bent naar luxe, rust en comfort in een mooie omgeving. Ik kom hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

I stayed at Charlottes place 19 days in April 2025. This accommodation boasts one of the most ideal locations in all of the Casco Viejo! Very close to everything you want and yet quiet and peaceful. A rare combination! The bed is very comfortable and the WIFI is strong and steady. Excellent bathroom. Well fitted kitchen. I hope it's available when I return in the future.

We had an extremely relaxing stay. The townhouse was very private, quiet location yet perfect old town access. Our only issue would be the bed size being a double, not ideal when sharing with husband at 6’2 😛

A lovely, small house with amazing views over to Gibraltar and beyond. It felt like being in the real Spain.

Nous avons passé chez Joaquin et José Manuel un excellent séjour !…tout était au top, de la déco à la propreté, en passant évidemment par la superbe terrasse située sur le toit qui était notre endroit préféré, avec tous ses équipements ! Great location in the heart of Estepona old town with a few minutes walk to the beach. Nicely renovated apartment that is bright with an expansive terrace. An in person orientation of the place would have been a nice added touch as opposed to reading a “manual” like information book. The apartment building does not have an elevator so you must carry your luggage up two flights of narrow steps which is fine for the able person. As advertised the place has just a washer no dryer. A clothe line or drying rack would have been beneficial as putting your clean clothes on the sun beds is not a practical solution. On a windy day they may be blown off the terrace or onto the dirty ground where they need to be washed again. A small investment of a clothing rack would make a happy guest.

Shelley’s place was a great place to stay. Affordable with plenty space and a short walk to everything Estepona has to offer. Shelley was a great host also

Loved our stay at Jesus’ place - it is beautifully presented and even better in person than in the pictures. Had everything we needed and appreciated the extra touches like water, crisps cans of drink etc on arrival - very thoughtful. The place is a great location - equal distance to old town and puerto banus so not too expensive by cab either way. The terrace is so gorgeous with lovely views and the pool is also lovely, clean and quiet. We will definitely be coming back.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful and peaceful complex. It has two large swimming pools, and the apartment balcony overlooks the first one. You also get a sea view—slightly limited, but still beautiful. The parking spot is the best I’ve ever had—just a few steps to the lift, and you step out right next to your door. Only a 5-minute drive to Estepona, which I highly recommend visiting. It’s also not far from Ronda—just a 1 hour 30 minute drive through stunning scenery. I also really liked the apartment’s smart automation—everything was very well set up. To make an absolutely perfect stay, I would suggest adding a pod coffee machine and a toaster. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Reme is an excellent host, and her apartment is exactly what the pictures show- Modern and clean with a fantastic view! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will return again.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement ! L'appartement était propre, bien équipé et fidèle à la description. Le quartier est agréable, calme et bien situé. Il est toutefois nécessaire d'être véhiculé pour se déplacer aux alentours et il est parfois difficile de trouver une place dans le parking de la résidence. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n'hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain passage !
