Rehabilitated in the first half of 2020, it is the result of the reconstruction of a typical house in the region, where we sought to maintain, in addition to the volumetry, the personality and romantic aura of the space, with total respect for the natural surroundings.

The Villa dated from 1913, in a Nouveu Art construction and was meticulously remodelated in recent years to fit the most demanding customers without loosing its grace. It features 5 bedrooms, indoor swimming pool, garden with barbecue facilities, ping pong table and darts. The village is very near from main cities such as Aveiro (14km) and Porto (50km). The house has private garage and free WI-FI access.

The 5000 m² lower garden has footpaths, countless trees, shrubs and a fish pond.
