It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

It is located inside an emblematic house in the center of Estamariu, a beautiful village in the Catalan Pyrenees 20 minutes from Andorra. La Era de Cal Peró is a two-storey house with capacity for two people. On the first floor are the bedroom and bathroom. An interior staircase leads to the second floor, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room has sound equipment and television. You can put a foldatin in case you go with a child. Two large windows allow you to go out to a large terrace with garden table and chairs overlooking the entire valley.
