I and my family, we love staying in Daniel's apartment. the apt is the same as the photos, very clean, organized, practical. The condominium is very good, with a lot of living area, spacious, quiet, safe. Daniel is a great host, very attentive, sympathetic, responds quickly to messages. always helpful in helping. we will return more often to his apt and recommend it.

The accommodation met my expectations, it has everything you need for a stay that was as a couple in my case, the complex in general is very complete with its outdoor and indoor pools plus the games room, very attentive and friendly staff, access to the beach and gastronomic walk a short walk away.

Hi guys, guys! Our experience was wonderful! Congratulations to Rodrigo for welcoming, sympathy and disposition. It was our first time in Balneário Camboriú, but we already intend to go back. The apartment is very comfortable. Although the ad mentions 3 air conditioners, in reality there are two, plus one fan. However, this did not compromise the air conditioning during our stay. I believe that this information will be adjusted to avoid surprises for the next guests. The structure of the condominium is excellent, exactly as shown in the photos, and live is even more amazing! As a suggestion, I think the check-out time could be at 12:15, since at 10am it ends up being very early and makes it difficult to enjoy the morning.

EVERYTHING IS GREAT, the apartment has everything you need and more, we were surprised! Besides Marcelo being an excellent host, he had some courtesy items for us, he responded quickly when we needed something and was always very helpful, I would go again! Super good location, close to the beach, there are supermarkets nearby and a 24-hour pharmacy, Recommended.

House is beautiful, surrounded by nature. The beach is about 7 blocks away, no problem going on foot. Zilda was very friendly and helpful. He even approached the house to see how we were due to a problem we had with our car, he gave us recommendations to find a mechanical workshop. We hope to come back some day.

The apt is great, all well organized, great internal infrastructure, a beautiful view, great location, the steruture of the excellent building, the very polite and helpful staff. We spent great days and enjoyed a lot. I just think I should pass a protocol with all the information, like door password and wi-fi, that I had to contact the host to get it, but we were quickly answered. we will return for sure!!!

Excellent value for money .... It's a complex with many apartments but it didn't feel at any time. We used the pool a lot and it really gave us a season where there was almost no one in the pool. The apartment gives the pool which made it very easy for us to be able to see our children... Great stay, highly recommended.
