Our stay was wonderful, Fabrício has always been very kind, friendly and above all, attentive and willing for any possible problems/doubts, in addition to having offered great recommendations. The apartment itself is wonderful, new furniture, TV's with streaming varieties, kitchen equipped with several modern utensils, variety in bed and bath linen, easy access to garage and concierge. Excellent location, several places nearby and, of course, a splendid sea view, which is worth noting to be better in person compared to the photos. It was 4 cozy days to the sound of the sea to sleep, I would definitely recommend it and would come back more often.

High-end accommodation. I was in the apartment with my wife and our 3-year-old son. The building has an excellent laundry room, and other very useful spaces. Clean, quiet environment and a very beautiful view of the beach. We had a very happy experience!

Maria Eduarda's house is very nice, the place is amazing, styled in the sand! The garden of the house is very large and perfect for sunbathing, Yoga and outdoor activities. The view is amazing both at dawn and during the day! A paradise even for those who like tranquility and privacy! This time we stayed in April and May is very good because few people circulated there, because due to the wooden deck that exists, in high season the frequency of people must be great, and we always seek something more private and quiet! We hope to return another time! I highly recommend it!

Exceptional place! We loved it from the photos and when we arrived, wow! We were even more surprised. It has absolutely everything to have an amazing time with the family. Comfortable beds and bedding, towels, impeccable rooms, clean bathrooms, spacious kitchen, the terrace is unparalleled. The place is really amazing to spend a few quiet days where you can breathe peace and disconnect from everything, but if you want to be connected from time to time the wifi works perfectly. The house is super located between the sea, restaurants and supermarkets...

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy place, quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach and also to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, 24-hour laundry. It was worth every penny, and Mrs. Detinha is a lovely person, always available and with immeasurable affection. I'm sure we'll come back another time.

I booked the house to rest and celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday. As a baby, the house on the sand made it easier to go to the beach and reconcile with her routine. We loved the space. Wonderful view and quiet condominium. Pão was super helpful and Rose, who works in the condominium, is a lovely person. I recommend it!

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

The apartment is even better than in the photos! Amazing, wonderful, with a breathtaking view! We had a small unforeseen event with the shower, but nothing that would disrupt the trip — as there were 5 of us, the other bathroom was enough. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, always responding very quickly. In addition, they made our check-in more flexible, which was great! Getting into the building was super easy, but parking is a little tricky. The location is perfect: the building is right on the beach and close to the aquarium. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the common area as much because our stay was short, but the building is very clean, smells nice and is well maintained. One differential was finding towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap available. I highly recommend it!
