It is located 2 minutes away from water parks such as Santa Isabel and Las Estacas. 15 minutes from El Rollo and 25 minutes from Lake Tequesquitengo. We have air conditioning in all three rooms A children's pool 0.70 meters deep and a garden where you can sunbathe and cook. Owners live next door and are always available for whatever you need. They speak English fluently and offer transportation.

We had a very special weekend at this place. Although the weather was not the best, Alberto's service and disposition made the difference. He was always making sure we were comfortable, he was very friendly and approachable at all times. The space is super clean, well maintained and is perfect for disconnecting. You can tell that there is affection in the details. The place is really beautiful and its garden in the middle of the house makes it spectacular. Thank you for everything, Alberto! We definitely have an experience we recommend.

Communication with the host was always good, with clear instructions and quick responses. The house is very nice, rooms, bathrooms, towels and clean sheets. The kitchen has the basics, although it could be improved, as well as the cleaning utensils. The pool is excellent, with the perfect temperature, good depth levels and quite spacious, it is very enjoyable. The garden is beautiful and although the weather is hot, the ventilation of the house works well. In general terms, it is a very nice house, with everything you need for a good weekend, I highly recommend it and I would definitely return.

We needed a place close enough between Las Estacas and El Rollo water park and Pedro's place was perfect! My family of 9 loved our stay, the house accommodated us very well. Pedro was kind enough to let us stop by early and drop our luggage off and change so we could head out to Las Estacas. Pedro was also very responsive and quick to answer questions. I would just like to point out that in order to get up to the second floor you have to go up a spiral staircase, making it slightly difficult with luggage. We would come back again!
