You will have the pleasure of enjoying a landscape that is both lively and relaxing by coming to stay by the sea. We offer relaxation sessions with sea views around 9 p.m. in the evening. Come and rest and recharge your batteries in Audierne, a small seaside resort with 3600 inhabitants. Visit the Pointe du Raz, the Bay of the Dead (surfing), Pointe du Van and take the boat to the pier of Saint Evette and sail to the island of Sein. Walk past the lighthouse of La Vielle. After this good trip, sit down around some good pancakes or enjoy a good seafood platter. Then settle down in our 70 m2 apartment only 50 meters from the sea, where you can have a swim.

The Pen Ty of the Port of Loch

Fancy a vacation in Brittany? Come and recharge your batteries at the end of the world, Le Cap Sizun, 50 km from Quimper. This is a fisherman's house (Pen Ty) renovated in 2014, comfortable, completely redone in 2017 and furnished in a practical and warm way the same year. It is located in the village of Trez Kermaléro, (near the small port of Loch), in the municipality of PRIMELIN. For fishing enthusiasts, surfers and hikers, or just those who love to relax!

"Camarinas " is a 1981 sailboat Océanis 350 with a pleasant interior and an outdoor table for enjoying a meal or aperitif overlooking the harbor. Bedding ,towel and dish towels provided Fully equipped kitchen (stove ,coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge ), toilet and heating on board and access to the port's sanitary facilities (very clean and nearby ) , after agreement possibility to stay until 5 p.m. Camarinas is from 1987 so with its small flaws...

This exceptional architect's house was created by Erwan Le Berre. The view is more than 180° of the sea: East, South and West. The indoor pool is air-conditioned and pleasant. The living rooms are on 2 floors: 1 large living and dining area with large windows overlooking the sea and a mezzanine for television. For 6 people, it consists of 4 bedrooms: 2 large and 2 small. Le Département du Finistère ne s'y est pas trompé : il a classé ce lieu en Espace Naturel Protégé. Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...

In the Armorica Natural Park, the Cap-Morgat residence is built around an old fort and equipped with a heated swimming pool. The site is spectacular and offers stunning sea views. For hikers, the apartment is on the GR 34 route. Please note: the pool is open and heated from early June to late September.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).

Come and take a trip to the end of the earth in Douarnenez, in our 30 m2 apartment, completely renovated in June 2021, at the Pointe de Tréboul residence. 10 steps from the water, you will enjoy at every moment the spectacle of the sea, the view of Tristan Island, the activity of the marina with its sailing school and the many old rigs that cross in front of the terrace.
