Studio apartment in great location! Has a Queen Bed, kitchenette, and outside garden area. Modern AC and ceiling fans. Lots of beach equipment. I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

This modern Caribbean home sports 3 bedrooms with the ability to sleep eight guests total. Conveniently located 4 blocks up from the Malecon/main strip in Esperanza. A short and safe walk to all the bars, restaurants and the beach. There is a 55" flat screen with an amazon fire stick, high speed internet for those tired nights or rainy afternoons. Our home will be found through an easy walk from the Esperanza 'malecón" and up a neighborhood hill. The ample space welcomes families in the two large bedrooms and backyard.
