This is a 2 bedroom house attached to existing house with 2 solid core doors separating. Has double carport. Laundry is shared with owner, has separate entrance.

Reverse cycle air con in the loungeroom. There is a Chev Maple Leaf truck being restored in the shed out back – that is why we call this Chevy Cottage.
