We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Good public transport connection to the city. For Safety reasons we CANNOT accept children. NO pets. The apartment has WLAN, a high-quality kitchen with electric kitchen stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and kitchen equipment, a bathroom with walk-in shower. NO WASHING MACHINE for clothes.

House on two levels on our farm. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a sofa (convertible), a dining table, a TV, a wood-burning stove for cold winter days, and a half bath. The bedroom is accessed via a ladder. A large bed (180 x 200) and a standard bed (90 x 200) are provided, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. In front of the house, there is a construction site. Parking in front of the main house; Wi-Fi and satellite TV available. NO dogs allowed!

It consists of 1 bedroom with box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and 1 living room with integrated kitchen and pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). The bathroom is in the middle of the apartment. The center of Kassel is 5 km away. The Regiotram and tram stop are within walking distance and you are at Kassel main station (RT) in 8 minutes.

The 4-room apartment was renovated in April 2024 and equipped as a vacation home for up to 4 people. From this centrally located place, you will be on the R1 bike path on the Fulda in no time. In the village, you can walk to a generation-run inn and enjoy great food with great service. Nearby is also a dairy farmer who has a 24/7 cooling assistant where you can get the best types of milk ice cream. Also eggs, cheese and of course milk. Beware of speed camera on the OE

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

A sturdy Murphy bed (160*200) is available as a double bed. There is a canopy in front of the entrance, where you can stay protected.

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
