The Annexe is a deluxe space for two to share. For your comfort and relaxation, you will benefit from a covered terrace, with table and chairs, and an open terrace with a bistro set. A private parking place is located directly outside the main doors. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot. Beautiful Quercinoise house surrounded by nature

This typical stone house of the region is located in the Regional Natural Park of the Causses du Quercy (Lot 46), in the municipality of Espagnac-Saint-Eulalie, one of the prettiest villages in the Célé Valley. Comfortable, easy to live in, it offers a pleasant terrace where you can share good grilled meats and a large garden of 5,000 m2, with a splendid view of the causse. From the house you can go hiking or go swimming in the clear waters of the Célé, 5 min walk.

A break in Quercy

The La Bergerie de Gréalou cottage offers 70 m² consisting of 2 bedrooms with a private shower room and a living room with an open kitchen. Renovated in 2025, we wanted to offer modern comfort while respecting the authenticity of the place. The private outdoor space will accommodate your meals and leisure time. The 2-hectare park invites you to stroll in the heart of unspoiled nature, among discreet fauna and local flora. Each room is air-conditioned.

The Cazelle Mas de Bouzou

The Mas de Bouzou estate on 1.6 hectares partly from the 17th century is ideally located in the heart of the Lot. It combines stone and wood in a typical style of old Lot houses. The estate is combined with a beautiful swimming pool carved into the rock. Located 50 minutes at most from all the major sites of the Lot: Rocamadour, Figeac, Cahors, the Padirac chasm... And all outdoor activities await you, from kayaking to hiking, climbing and swimming.

The Pescalerie Mill

The property includes a dwelling house built against the cliff and an unrestored mill built on a resurgence, with a pool of clear water and a beautiful waterfall. You will stay in the house which can accommodate 8 people without fear of disturbing the neighbors. The beds are distributed upstairs between a bedroom with a double bed and sink and a large bedroom equipped with 3 double beds + another double bed in the mezzanine, under the roof.

Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Figeac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie ou les célèbres grottes de Pech-Merle, et aussi pour profiter des randonnées magnifiques dans la région et du canoë-kayak à quelques kilomètres dans la vallée du Célé.
