Beautiful house on 1 floor with mezzanine, pool and grill, very comfortable and spacious. The view of the lagoon and sunsets are amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, with little car traffic. The house is very close to the sports club with tennis courts, soccer, golf, swimming pool, restaurant and cafeteria.
