Very practical and nice apartment! Simple but with everything you need for a nice stay, I would recommend it!

The apartment is spacious, the bed is very comfortable and it is close to the hospital, university and shopping. I recommend it for long stays as it was very well equipped.

Juan is a great host. Always attentive and kind. The apartment was impeccable, with lots of natural light. The community where the apartment is located is very quiet, it has a swimming pool, a supermarket and even a small gym. I recommend it 100%.

Fede is a genius! Always willing to answer with the best of intentions and interested in making you comfortable and having a good time. I would definitely come back.

I found the place to be very comfortable and functional, especially since I am studying at the IAE, which I could walk to in 2 minutes. Bright, clean and with all needs met! I would recommend the place to another guest and would return on an upcoming trip.

Everything in the apartment is very nice. Very well-equipped and comfortable. Excellent detail by waiting for us with cookies and some sweet things. The only detail missing was a hair dryer. The condominium is safe, comfortable and very quiet.
