Naturnahes Leben und Erholen – direkt am Nationalpark Eifel. Das Tinyhouse liegt oberhalb des Rursees. Wanderwege liegen direkt vorm Haus. Spaziergänge im Schnee und die wohlige Wärme im Häuschen sorgen für Entspannung & Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer lädt der Badesee mit Strand zum Schwimmen & Wassersport ein. Es gibt keinen direkten Seeblick (Bäume davor), doch der wundervolle Viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar (100m), wo man nachts die Sterne ungestört beobachten kann.

Dazu 1 Schlafempore (140x200) und 1 sehr bequeme Schlafcouch (130x200) sowie eine große Schlafcouch (150x200) und das Doppelbett (160x200) im Gartenzimmer. Dazu eine moderne Küche, ein schickes Bad mit Fenstern und eine möblierte Terrasse. Private Gegenstände sind auf ein Minimum reduziert. 5 Min. Fußweg bis Eurogress oder Tivoli, 15 Min. zum Rathaus/Dom.

Holzhausflair Nähe Aachen

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

Boarding Aachen

Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

Das Eifelloft21 steht oberhalb des charmanten kleinen Dörfchens Hammer. Es ist renoviert, aber der Charme des Holzhauses ist erhalten geblieben. Die Doppelhaushälfte bietet auf ca. 50 qm Platz für zwei Personen. Durch das offene Wohnkonzept hat man von überall einen sagenhaften Ausblick in die Natur, nur das WC ist mit einer Tür getrennt. Vom Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche betritt man den Balkon. Rursee, Hohe Venn und Monschau in der Nähe. Preis inkl. 5% Eifeler Übernachtungspauschale.

Saniertes Studio - Appartement (Einliegerwohnung) auf 22 qm. Es gibt einen großen Raum mit Esstisch, Einzel / Doppelbett, Fernseher und einer kleinen eingerichteten Küchenzeile mit Kaffeemaschine (Pads), Toaster, Mikrowelle und Induktionskochfeld. Im Flur ist ein großer Schrank. Das Bad ist mit mit einer großen ebenerdigen Wohlfühl- Dusche, Waschbecken und WC voll ausgestattet. Der Zugang zu unserer Gästewohnung befindet sich abseits der Strasse und führt über unseren Innenhof.

Die liebevoll sanierte Wohnung befindet sich in der ehemaligen Kutschenhalle eines historischen Gebäudes. (ca.60qm) Der angrenzende Park, mit seltenen Bäumen, lädt zu einem Rundgang ein. Hier findet man Ruhe und Zeit zum entspannen. Obwohl man sich mitten in der Natur befindet, benötigt man nur 10 Min. in die Innenstadt. (Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Relax in our special and quiet accommodation! The newly furnished apartment for up to 4 people with about 60 square metres is distributed over two floors. To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!

Eynattener Mühle Ferienwohnung

Mitten in der Natur und doch zentral (unweit von Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Lüttich) Wir vermieten auf unserem Hof (Eynattener Mühle) eine 70qm Wohnung mit seperatem Eingang, bestehend aus einer großen Wohn-Essküche, einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Wohn-Schlafzimmer (Einzelbett 185 x 85 cm), einem Badezimmer. Es ist Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Baby (Babybett vorhanden). Ein Sitzplatz im Freien, direkt an der Göhle, steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
