Our house is located in a prime residential area and next to the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is available in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. With the house comes a partly covered terrace and a barbecue. Thüringen is famous for its "best bratwurst in the world" and we want you to enjoy to the max. The City center is a 10 min. walk away and restaurant "Berggarten" in the forest with a nice playground about 20 min.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

Small, fine bathroom with spacious shower & underfloor heating. Number of rooms depends on number of guests. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer.

Located a few minutes from the old town, the apartment is ideal for a city stay. The center of the Thuringian state capital can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a listed house from the beginnings of German Classical Modernism (BAUHAUS period). It is conveniently set up. The price includes the accommodation tax of the city of ERFURT in the amount of 5% of the accommodation costs.

By car, you can reach the old town in 5 minutes and by bus in 10 minutes.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a city villa that was completely renovated in 2017-2019 on a park-like plot ,has 54 sqm and space for max.3 people; a separate entrance, car parking space right outside the door. Schlossspark/Schloss, Orangerie and the city centre of Gotha are a few minutes' drive away.
