Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

The house is situated in a great spot in the middle of the beautiful Fanø nature only 300m from the sea. The house has a ground floor and first floor and is 91m2. There is big patio in front of the house connecting the livingroom to the outside on a sunny day and a large patio at the back. On the ground floor there is a dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms (beds are 200cm long). Din familie/gruppe vil være tæt på alle byens seværdigheder, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig, samtidig med at der er fred og ro. I er tæt på stranden og Vadehavet, med 5min gang til Fanøfærgen, gågade med shopping, byliv, bio, svømmestadion, sport, biograf etc. Der er gratis parkering foran huset. Huset ligger i hjertet af Mandø. Midt i nationalpark Vadehavet. Hyggeligt indrettet med ældre antikke møbler, samt eget keramik og sæbe. Huset har et fantastisk lysindfald, samt direkte adgang til egen terrasse i æblehaven hvor udsigten er storslået. I huset kan man finde ro, og få naturen helt tæt på, samt nyde synet af alle de smukke fugle som raster på Mandø. Ved huset står cykler, som kan lånes. Der er en lille købmand på Mandø. Der opkræves ikke penge for el og varme.

Little House a cosy place.

Slap af i denne frit liggende fredfyldte bolig, med alle moderne bekvemmeligheder. Fint mindre hus med 2 separate værelser, fuldt køkken, vaskerum, badeværelse og privat parkering. Ugenert plads med bord/ stole til rådighed udenfor ( fællesgrund med ejer) . Vi ligger 5 min. fra strand, havnebad sportsfaciliteter , skov og dyrepark- 10 min. fra Fanøfærge og 30 min. kørsel til Vesterhavet/ Blåvand. Gode buslinier til centrum og indkøbsmuligheder i gåafstand.

Nyd en Fanø Mini Ferie med havudsigtfor 2 personer. Her er eget køkken og bad i smukke rammer i dette ny-indrettede mini-feriehus 50 meter fra vandet. Beliggenheden er desuden meget tæt på færgen, så I behøver faktisk ikke have bil med til øen. Tag cyklen med i stedet (det er gratis) eller lej en cykel på Fanø. Terrasse med mulighed for sol hele dagen. Prisen er inklusive forbrug af vand, varme og strøm. Slutrengøring er obligatorisk og koster kr. 400.
