Nostalgic new holiday home for 6 people in the old barn building. The entire home is on the ground floor and built in the old spa hotel style of 1930. We live in the main house on the property, at the end of a quiet gravel road, with nice quiet and rural surroundings. We are a family with 2 children. We have horses, dwarf goats, cats, dogs. We want our guests to experience a relaxed atmosphere of country idyll, nostalgia and comfort. The holiday home has its own small garden and a cozy wooden terrace with a garden pavilion.

Beautiful cottage located in Bork Hytteby 2 km from Bork Harbor and overlooking the nature reserve Tipperne. The house is furnished with 2 bedrooms and a loft, best suited for a maximum of 4 people. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and dryer for free use. The kitchen is well equipped and also includes a microwave and dishwasher. The cottage is located on a 600 m² natural plot. It's 6 km to the North Sea. Falen Å runs close to the house and is great for paddleboarding, kayaking.

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.

From the living room you step out onto a terrace with furniture, which overlooks the large undisturbed nature, with visiting deer and other wildlife. Lean back and relax in this stylish home, which is located on a quiet residential street and which contains both a bathtub and a bio fireplace. There is a large adjoining garden with a large wooden terrace and a short distance to both Ribe and Rømø. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom as well as a large and bright kitchen with living room.
