Cala Deia. Best views in Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. A unique house in the area. Spacious and with a very refreshing garden. The pool area has a barbecue and summer dining area for fully Mediterranean lunches and breakfasts. The coolness of the palm trees and the extensive garden with lawn make those moments magical. Beautiful two-story property with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Various spaces for privacy. A viewpoint with a 360-degree view of the southern part of Mallorca. The view of Cabrera is of great beauty. A room with a pool table.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.
