Quiet and secluded accommodation in the guest house right on the lake Ulllutern. Access to a large dock with a bathing ladder shared with the cabin host. Rowboat and wood-burning sauna are included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Sleeping loft with 140cm dubble bed and sofa bed 140cm with double bed. Stairs from the living room up to the sleeping loft. Kitchen with basic equipment, fridge/freezer, cooker with oven, oven, microwave. Not dishwasher. Toilet with toilet, shower, sink and storage cabinet. Luxury renovated cottage with sauna (wood included), wood stove, washing machine, fridge and freezer, crystal chandelier etc. Well-equipped kitchen! Quiet location - see photots! Fiber - fast wifi, boat, fishing, 2 bicycles. We want guests to roughly clean - i.e. do the dishes, empty garbage and sweep up rubbish. Check out 11.00 and check in after 3pm. If it is not booked, you can for a small fee (300 SEK) come earlier in the day - and check out later. Pets are welcome - but not in the bedrooms (carpet).

Om önskemål finns så ordnar vi även plats för en fjärde person på madrass på loft. Stort badrum med bastu. 28 kvm med badrum och loft.
