We are located under the Trebeshina-Dhëmbel-Nemërçkë mountain range 8 km from the center of Përmet and 6 km from the thermal waters of Bënja and the Lengarica canyon, we are 500m away from the Vjosa River, this landscape makes it unforgettable and unique to stay with us, as well as the mountain adjacent to the guesthouse, the surrounding trees, traditional cooking, traditional gilikotë where each visitor is served by the owners of the house, as well as the seasonal vegetables planted in the garden around the house, this makes us special and distinguishable from others.

The offered accommodation is a part of a building with a separate entrance located in a quiet area of the private sector within a few minutes' walk (700 m) from the city center. The apartment (35 sqm) will provide comfort and convenience for 1-2 people. A fully equipped kitchen with a seating area, two separate beds 90/200 easily transform into one “kingsize”, a TV, good internet and a folding laptop table will allow you to keep up with events and urgent matters. Parking is available nearby and inside.

In the western part you can see many hills and fields, as you can see in the eastern part. The villa is surrounded by many trees and flowers. My house is located 300m on the North West of the City center , very closed to the city gymnasium. From the balcony of the house you have the best view of the huge stone also a brilliant view of Vjosa river.In the corner of the house on the left side you see the EAGLE sign on the red will help any customer to find the house easier.This house is building higher and in front of sallon you have a special window which allow to have a natural view of the city in different moments.
