Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Facing south, the living room is surrounded by beautiful terraces arranged around a heated pool (mid-April/mid-September) facing a pretty wooded garden of 400m² for a peaceful holiday with family or friends! An unusual habitat, installed at the bottom of the garden offers 2 extra beds in the summer for a night under the stars!

All secluded wooden house (summer winter) with sea view terrace. Close to shops, beaches , hiking trails . Free parking. Possibility to store bicycles in the shelter. On the ground floor, living room, sofa, armchairs , kitchen (microwave) and shower room (toilet, Italian shower) Upstairs (fairly steep staircase) attic bedroom with 160x200 bed. The cottage is more for 2 people but there is also a 90x190 single bed upstairs in the bedroom.
