Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Rustic Summer Camp on Tuscarora Lake

We had a amazing weekend at Rosemary's cabin with our pups! The house was well appointed with everything you would need in the kitchen and a gas grill outside. It was larger than we expected and we loved the lakefront rooms with fireplaces! The location was beautiful and we loved paddling and fishing in the lake. Being able to stay directly on the lake was awesome and I thought the cabin very reasonably priced given the location. We were there Labor Day weekend and the lake was very quiet and the weather was quite cool. The neighbors were all very friendly and I highly recommend the restaurant across the lake. Looking forward to returning next year!

Our stay was wonderful. Hosts were great and had everything ready for an enjoyable stay. Location was outstanding, beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. Accommodations were excellent, luxury stay. Very well equipped kitchen and luxurious living quarters. Saw deer and lots of birds from the bedroom window. Look forward to staying again.

Although we didn't stay long, this Airbnb is something my girlfriend and I would be happy to revisit. Everything was extremely neat and clean, which allowed us to feel right at home. The host was very informative about check in and responsive. The pricing is better than any hotels in the area, making a quick stay in this place a no brainer. Without a doubt this host deserves 5 stars across the board.

Would go back here in a heartbeat. Beautiful area and we had some rain and we were stuck inside a bit but everything was so comfortable that it was just fine. We mentioned we were hoping to have a bonfire and they had wood waiting for us which was above and beyond. Can’t wait to get back!

Spacious & Relaxing Lake Oasis

First off, I’d like to say, everything was way more than we expected. The house was HUGE!! The layout was amazing. The house was warm and comforting with all the amenities you could think of. They were nice to allow you to use whatever you needed, but of course we left a lot of things also to kinda replace what we used. It’s honestly nothing bad we have to say about the house. They Responded promptly to any questions and concerns. The only thing they could’ve added was instructions on how to maybe have access to the lake and do some fishing. I’m not sure if we had access to the lake, but we also never asked. The only thing that would make this a little more outstanding, would be putting a binder on the table with the local stores and ways to access the lake with a map of the surrounding areas of things to do. Other than that!!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This will definitely be our yearly vacation spot away from Alabama. Enjoy your stay. We had a BLAST. ❤️
