This spacious and naturally well-lit apartment comfortably fits two and has an optional bed-height air mattress that fits 2 more. It is 11 minutes from the Canadian border, 12 minutes from downtown Buffalo, 12 minutes from the University of Buffalo, 14 minutes from KeyBank Center and the Buffalo Convention Center, 17 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Niagara Falls, and 25 minutes from the Buffalo Bills stadium. PLEASE PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE IN THE WINTER MONTHS; THIS IS BUFFALO!

Football Fans, this a very easy 30 min drive to the Bills Stadium.600 feet from Private beach in great peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy gentle breezes off the lake under the covered patio or walk to the huge private beach and enjoy the sunsets! The living room and kitchen have beautiful hardwood floors and the cathedral ceilings give it a spacious open feel. The large yard is great for kids to play. Some board games and kids toys are included. This is a brand new, fresh and clean property!!
