Ebenfalls in der Nachbarschaft befinden sich die EGA (Gartenbauausstellung), das Theater und das Messe- und Kongreßzentrum Erfurt. Sie verfügen über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 160x200 cm und ein Kinderbett Größe 60x120 cm. Im Wohn- Esszimmer mit Küche befindet sich eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2.OG eines kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Wohnung hat ca.45 qm mit Wohnzimmer, Bad, Schlafzimmer und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. In 15 Minuten ist das Zentrum fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Haus befindet sich das hervorragende Kua Thai Bistro. Unser Haus ist noch nicht komplett fertig saniert, das heißt das es an der Fassade, im Treppenhaus und auch im Garten einige Schönheitsfehler gibt. Bei Langzeitaufenthalten zu zweit bitte Rabatt anfragen.

Enjoy the sight and scent of our English roses in our garden. The apartments and the holiday home are located in the immediate vicinity of the old town. The Erfurt Cathedral, the Petersberg, the university and the clinic are also within walking distance. The nearest tram stop is less than a 2-minute walk away.
