Monthly Rentals in Erfi

We had an amazing time. Everything was taken care of and the owner was very nice and helpful

We traveled with friends and babies (a total of 4 adults and 2 babies (8&10 months old)) to the villa to Savas & Maria and the villa was fantastically beautiful (even more beautiful than in the photos)! For our tour group, the villa was just perfect, we had our peace, could relax and the children had enough space to play on the giant terrace. Savas & Maria kindly provided everything necessary for our kids (crib, baby chairs, a small inflatable pool and plenty of toys). Cleanliness is very important in the villa, the villa was handed over to us in perfect condition! The villa was rounded off in the evening by the overwhelming sunsets! Savas & Maria were extremely communicative, gave us great recommendations and were always available! We would like to express our sincere thanks again for your warmth, hospitality and a fantastic stay! If we come back to Crete, we'll come back to you!

What an amazing place. We were 20 people and there was lots of space for everyone. We had a private wedding during our stay and the grounds made a perfect reception area. The villa location allowed for day trips to other attractions with a return to the villa for family time, suppers and games. We used all the features offered even the pool (the weather is cooler at the end of October…but that didn’t stop us) The villa was well maintained and the one repair that needed fixing was dealt with without delay. Thank you for a wonderful stay !

We stayed at the house as a group of 5 and had the most amazing time. The house is spacious, has a big kitchen with all necessary supplies and had a lot of room to sit together, a perfect place for each time of the day. And not to forget about the amazing view!!! Worth to highlight is that there were a lot of extra supplies in the house like olive oil, raki, etc. We enjoyed that a lot. Also the outside area was cleaned everyday and the bathrooms were cleaned once during the stay. We didn’t miss a thing and can highly recommend staying in this amazing house with great hosts!!
