For those wanting a quiet location next the beach this is the perfect place to stay & if you want to avoid the beach our large roof terrace is perfect to relax & enjoy the views! This is a 12sq.m. independent studio and It has a double build in bed. n the studio there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker.There is a small balcony where you may enjoy your coffee watching the ocean. The studio is located in a quiet area at the beachfront of Eressos and it is around 10metres from the water .Also its 50metres away from the first taverna and shops.

Όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Ίσως και καλύτερο. Ένα πλήρως λειτουργικό σπιτι. Σε πολύ ήσυχο σημείο. Ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και απαντούσε άμεσα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.

Blue Seaside House with Terrace

Lovely apartment one line back from the boardwalk and sea. The terrace and balcony were priceless features given the heat. The breeze on the terrace meant we could sit comfortably and read or have a coffee as folks wandered by below. Having aircon and fans in the rooms was a real bonus. Everything is right on the doorstep. Andreas is a fab host and got back to me to advise on best way to stay cool in the evenings. Thanks Andreas. We will be back for sure.

Eleni est une hôte adorable, flexible et disponible, elle m'a accueillie avec sa maman dans leur belle maison ancienne. L'endroit est charmant et bien placé, un peu en retrait de l'agitation des restaurants et des boutiques. Le logement est spacieux, sur deux étages et les lits sont confortables. Je recommande chaudement et reviendrai avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour.

The windmill is a unique place to stay and positioned in the calm area next to the Chalandra river and the Eressos agricultural fields. Absolutely beautiful building and surroundings. The terrace outside is very nice to relax outdoors. Almost all of the windmill interior is good and I felt the care that was put into it. However, the mill does deserve a bit of an upgrade to the kitchen and the bathroom.

A private balcony features a round table with two chairs, offering a scenic view of the surrounding village and hills. The tiled floor adds a touch of warmth, while the railing frames the picturesque skyline, creating a suitable spot for relaxation.
