Conforme aux photos et à la description du logement. Quelques petites marches à monter et on arrive sur une belle et grande terrasse suffisamment ventilée. La climatisation fonctionne. Le logement est compact mais bien étudié. Les lits sont raisonnablement confortables. Comme souvent en Grèce les appartements sont plutôt sombres à cause de la chaleur. Bien placé près des supermarchés, restaurants et du port de plaisance, pas besoin de véhicule pour s'y rendre.

Η διαμονή στο κατάλυμα ήταν μία ξεχωριστή εμπειρία! Ένα πανέμορφο σπίτι σε ένα ήσυχο χωριουδάκι με μόνο θόρυβο τις γλυκές φωνές των πουλιών της περιοχής. Ζεστός χώρος και κυριολεκτικά (φουλ θέρμανση και τζάκι) και μεταφορικά. Πολύ καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξυπηρετικότατος, μάς έδωσε ακριβείς οδηγίες καθώς και πληροφορίες για τα μέρη που μπορούσαμε να επισκεφθούμε. Μπράβο σας, συνεχίστε έτσι!

Mary was a wonderful host, she helped us with everything we needed, and even drove me to a nearby village to visit an old friend. Lovely place, clean and comfortable. Mary is probably the most wonderful, kind, attentive host I’ve ever had in over 10 years on Airbnb! Sas efcharistó polý!

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν απλά εξαιρετική. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην όμορφη Πουρνιά, ένα όμορφο και ήρεμο χωριό, ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν χαλάρωση. Η θέα από το κατάλυμα είναι πραγματικά υπέροχη, τα βουνά και η φύση που απλώνονται μπροστά σου δημιουργούν το τέλειο σκηνικό για πρωινό καφέ. Είναι ένα μέρος όπου νιώθεις πραγματικά αποκομμένος από το άγχος της καθημερινότητας. Το σπίτι διαθέτει ένα υπέροχο τζάκι, που προσθέτει ζεστασιά και δημιουργεί μια μοναδική ατμόσφαιρα, ειδικά τα βράδια. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πολύ άνετο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν φιλικοί και φρόντισαν να μας δώσουν όλες τις πληροφορίες για τις δραστηριότητες στην περιοχή. Επιπλέον, η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού ήταν ιδανική για να επισκεφθούμε τη Δρακολίμνη, που βρίσκεται σε σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση και αποτελεί έναν προορισμό που αξίζει να δεις! Αν ψάχνετε έναν προορισμό όπου η φύση, η θέα, η ηρεμία και η ζεστασιά συνδυάζονται ιδανικά, αυτό το Airbnb είναι η απόλυτη επιλογή. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

We had the best 4 days ımagınable ın Orıana Cottage. Early May ıs a fabulous tıme ın Paxos - few tourısts, very green, wıth perfect temperatures of 24. Most tavernas were open and the beautıful beaches, accessıble on foot, were maınly deserted. Donatella was the perfect host, meetıng us off the ferry wıth her car. She ıs so kınd and helpful. The tradıtıonal small stone house was clean and sımple and full of character. The stone patıos were fılled wıth colourful flowerıng plants, a perfect place to eat and relax. We felt completely at home and loved meetıng the 3 outdoor cats who are respectful and well behaved.. Donatella kındly drove us across the ısland so we could see the spectacular whıte clıffs and the beautıful Erımıtıs beach from where we walked 6 mıles back home along tıny paths through the olıve groves. When we learned that our ferry to Corfu had been cancelled, Donatella came straıght round and helped us re book wıth Kamelıa Lınes . Thank you Donatella, we gıve you 10 stars

Περάσαμε τέλεια δύο ζευγάρια! Το αγρόκτημα είχε τρία πέτρινα σπίτια χτισμένα σε ήσυχο περιβάλλον κυριολεκτικά μέσα στην φύση, ενώ η γαλήνη και ησυχία που επικρατούσε παντού, είναι κάτι που σπάνια συναντάς πλέον! Μας υποδέχτηκε ο αδερφός της κ. Παρασκευής και μας έδωσε τις απαραίτητες οδηγίες διαμονής! Μπαίνοντας συναντάς προθάλαμο με ένα μπάνιο και δεξιά - αριστερά του είναι αλλά δύο δωμάτια! Αριστερά είναι το σαλόνι με το όμορφο τζάκι, δύο πάσα που μπορούν να κοιμίσουν μέχρι 3 ενήλικες και η κουζίνα! Δεξιά του προθαλάμου είναι το υπνοδωμάτιο με το διπλο κρεβάτι και την ντουλάπα, διακοσμημένο με όμορφες πέτρινες λεπτομέρειες! Η ζεστή που είχε από τα τεράστια σώματα ήταν άριστη ενώ υπάρχει και η δυνατότητα για ξύλα στο τζάκι! Άφθονο ζεστό νερό από ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα! Γενικότερα ο χώρος ήταν από τους καλύτερους που έχουμε μείνει τα τελευταία χρόνια και προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

All was sooooooo smooth and perfect!

It was raining the week we stayed, so we ended up spending more time in the AirBnB than we normally would have--and we were so grateful to be staying in such a wonderful apartment! The space was better than the pictures showed--very thoughtfully designed and beautiful attention to detail. This was clearly a loving renovation of this amazing historic building. We enjoyed looking out the windows right at the water and the boats, and walking out the door right into the main promenade of the island. One night the club downstairs was a bit loud, but the windows were fantastic and blocked out all the noise. Our only complaint was that the showers were quite small--but that is very common in this part of the world as water is precious, and we Americans are used to much bigger showers. Evangeli was very welcoming at check in, and was so helpful throughout our stay with recommendations for things to do, and proactively reached out to make sure things were going well. We would stay here again!

Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός τακτοποιημένος και άνετος όπως περιγράφεται και φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες επίσης υπήρχε ησυχία . Η οικοδέσποινα έδειξε ενδιαφέρον κατά την άφιξη και κατά την διαμονή μας και την ευχαριστώ για αυτό . Ευχαρίστως θα πρότεινα και σε άλλους να επισκεφτούν το μέρος η ακόμα και εγώ θα το ξανά προτιμούσα σε μελλοντική μου επίσκεψη στα Γιάννενα

It was absolutely the most beautiful place to stay for our family before a wedding. Within walking distance of everything, and with off street secure parking. By far the most beautiful AirBNB I have ever seen.

An exceptional location. I am very lucky that I had the chance to stay there on vacation. The house is gorgeous, the beach is wonderful, without many people. Everything is superlative. And Angeliki is an absolutely wonderful host. Thank you.

We hebben met plezier in het huis verbleven. Locatie is erg goed, heel dichtbij het strand en op loopafstand van het centrum. De host reageerde snel, het contact was digitaal. Hij was flexibel, we mochten eerder inchecken wat we heel erg waardeerde. Het huis zelf is groot, genoeg voorzieningen en comfortabel. Fijn dat er handdoeken, shampoo en wasmiddel waren! Over het algemeen hebben we een goede ervaring gehad in dit appartement.

Άψογο το σπίτι, η γειτονιά, και η επικοινωνία. Στα 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια είχες τα πάντα, φαγητό, ποτό, ψώνια, το κάστρο με την λίμνη! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Σίγουρα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη θα εμένα στο ίδιο σπίτι. 🥰

We should have known it was going to be amazing the moment we arrived — every single detail had been so thoughtfully considered. From the electric gate and stunning stonework to the high-quality curtains and shutters, everything was state of the art, immaculate, and felt practically brand new. It struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort — elegant yet welcoming, stylish yet homely. The pool area was a dream, especially for our two young children who absolutely loved it. Spotlessly clean, perfectly maintained, and with beautifully balanced water — no harsh chlorine, just crystal-clear and refreshing. Nikolas, our host, was incredible — warm, generous, and always on hand with excellent recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and cultural gems. He made us feel completely taken care of. We’ve been travelling the world for the past six months, and this has been one of our absolute favourite stays. We’re already dreaming of returning — it truly was exceptional!

Με μεγάλη χαρά, έξι άτομα επιλέξαμε να περάσουμε το τριήμερο της Καθαράς Δευτέρας στο υπέροχο σπίτι της κυρίας Ευαγγελίας.Από την πρώτη στιγμή, εντυπωσιαστήκαμε από την ομορφιά, την ευρυχωρία και τον πλήρη εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού.Ήταν σαν να βρισκόμασταν στο δικό μας σπίτι.Η κυρία Ευαγγελία είναι, χωρίς αμφιβολία, μία από τις καλύτερες οικοδέσποινες που έχουμε γνωρίσει ποτέ. Με την ευγένεια, τη φιλικότητα και τη θερμή φιλοξενία της, μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν μέλη της οικογένειάς της. Είχε προνοήσει για κάθε πιθανή μας ανάγκη και ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει με τις συμβουλές της. Επιπλέον, μας υποδέχτηκε με υπέροχες λιχουδιές και μας χάρισε πολύτιμες στιγμές με την όμορφη παρέα της. Ο σύζυγος της κυρίας Ευαγγελίας στάθηκε επίσης εξαιρετικά φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός, βοηθώντας μας στο ψήσιμο στο υπερσύγχρονο μπάρμπεκιου τους, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε βαθύτατα.Η διαμονή μας ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία και είμαστε σίγουροι πως θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά στο μέλλον!Σας ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς!

What an amazing place and wonderful hosts. The house and setting are perfect. Very peaceful and just like the pictures. George and Demitra were incredibly welcoming and made you feel instantly at home. The kitchen was generously stocked, with George leaving a bottle of local wine on more than one occasion! We were on the lookout for a place right by the sea for a month long stay - to be able to wake up and go for a morning swim, walk along the beach, or take a kayak from the doorstep was pretty special. The sunsets are beautiful, and then you get to watch the fireflies in the garden. The area still feels untouched by mass tourism, and is surrounded by olive tree forests and rolling hills - perfect for exploring by bike (provided). There’s a couple of very good beach tavernas close by, and you have the option to paddle there if you wish! We were very sad to leave, but feel completely rejuvenated. Thank you George & Demitra.

Η διαμονή μας στο χώρο ήταν μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία!!! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και τακτοποιημένο, πλήρως λειτουργικό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Υπήρχε χώρος για πάρκινγκ πάντα, χωρίς καμία ταλαιπωρία. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν πολύ φιλόξενος, διακριτικός και μας έδωσε χρήσιμες οδηγίες. Σε γενικές γραμμές, εκτιμώ πως η παραμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και θα σύστηνα το σπίτι για όποιον θέλει να ευχαριστηθεί την περιοχή , χωρίς την φασαρία και την αναστάτωση πιο κεντρικών καταλυμάτων.

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. Absolutely loved the Ionian Exclusive Villa. Eleni was incredibly helpful and responsive and the area was astonishingly beautiful. I thought it was too good to be true and it was not. Definitely need a car for the full extent of your stay but it’s a trip you’ll never forget.

The house is very nice and enough spacious for 6 people and 4 children (2 babies and 2 kids who are 3 and 5 years old). The beach below the house is very close and it is nice, with cristal clear water. The owners are discreet, we practically didn't see them for 10 days. There are a few things that could be better, though: undermatresses are made of polyester which makes bedsheets slippery; None of the taps in the showers is not working, which makes washing babies when changing diapers a bit complicated; The door handles are difficult to open and should be changed; The air-conditionin in the living room was broken (the water drops all the time) and the owner said the electrician would come tomorrow, but it didn't happen, so we didn't use it. Overall, a nice experience, with few things I would change.
