It is a newly built maisonette of 60 sq.m. where on the ground floor is a kitchen, living room and dining room and on the 1 floor is the bedroom and the bathroom. It has amazing views to the Ag. Petrou from both of its terraces (bedroom & living room). It is just 3 km from the port and 500m from the provincial road. Ag. Petrou beach is located 500m from the house and on the area there are taverns and a bakery station.

It combines calmness with socialization and adventure holidays if you want .The view from the house promises you a very beautiful sunset. The house is built on the top of a cliff situated right above the port offering stunning views of Gavrio and of the sun sinking in the Aegean Sea. The closest beach of Fellos is approximately 5min driving and 25min walking. The house is ideal for couples, friends and families. It can host 2-7 people, i.e. one to three couples, families of up to seven members or a company of 2-7 friends.
