The kitchen is fully equipped (including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker), the bathroom offers shower, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. Outside, a table, 4 chairs and a grill await for pleasant hours – even if not everything is quite ready yet. TV (Astra) and Wi-Fi are included. Ideal for relaxed living with comfort.

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

This cozy 1st floor apartment is located in the southern part of Pforzheim city centre, near to Pforzheim University, City Center and Helios hospital. The bus stop is just around the corner with a perfect direct connection in few minutes to Pforzheim University, the train station, city center as well as all other activities around. You will get everything you need for a comfortable stay: a double bed, WIFI with high speed internet, kitchen, big balcony, bathroom and your privacy.

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

The apartment is located in an idyllic small town with beautiful walking paths, vineyards and Lake Aalkistensee, which can be reached on foot. The bus stop, a train station, bakery and small farm shops are also within walking distance.

The apartment "Mitten im Herzen" is, as the name suggests, right in the heart of Schöllbronn. It is located in a partly historic building, which during the shelling by the French in the 2nd World War II, the surrounding neighbors were granted protection in its vaulted cellar. IMPORTANT NOTE: The price for a child under 2 years is 10.00 euros and has to be paid upon arrival.
