This home was worth the price, the location was perfect, and the home was beautiful. It was more than enough space for my guest. This location is extremely close to the airport and about 12 min from the Strip. I couldn’t have found a better location. Edmund, was extremely kind and generous in making sure everything worked out for me and my guest. I’ll be back for sure.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with a group of 13-14 people! The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, relax, and hang out together without feeling cramped. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the common areas were perfect for group meals and games. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any large group looking for a fun and comfortable getaway!

Very well maintained house and you can tell this Airbnb is managed as it should be. I was there for 2 nights and enjoyed my stay.

Host was very responsive, there was an issue with the ac not working when we arrived but they sent someone very fast and set up some ac units that worked for us. They also allowed us a late checkout which was super nice. Overall very nice large space and would definitely stay again!

Had an awesome time at Rinats place. Super clean, comfy, and just like the photos. The host was really friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect for what I needed, and everything went super smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

Gigi & Simeon were both amazing hosts, ready to help you with anything that comes up and provide you with all the information and instructions you will need for your stay. The house was very very clean, with all the amenities you could think of and also complimentary snacks. If there is something I appreciate is a clean house, clean bathrooms, carpet was recently vacuumed. Linens had a little smell, but bearable maybe just not the detergent I’m used to. You will feel right at home ! No complaints, Neighborhood felt safe,family friendly. Would definitely stay here again !

Our stay at Tina's place was amazing. She was incredibly communicative and flexible with our arrival time. The place was better than expected. The pool is wonderful to relax in and the covered outdoor furniture gives you flexibility throughout the full day, plus had a newer grill. Also, a few walkable restaurants and gas stations/convenience stores nearby. We recommend Mr. Mama's! While not on the strip, it is not a short drive to many restaurants, the strip, or the airport. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay, and highly recommend this house!! We really enjoyed the backyard oasis with the pool, spa and putting greens!! And it was not too far to visit the Las Vegas strip and Hoover Dam. House was exactly as described, spacious, clean and had plenty of supplies for our stay!

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

Art was a terrific host, he was an exceptionally considerate host accommodating me as I am recovering from a broken leg, but had critical business in Summerlin. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING you might need. The home easily accommodated my 2 family members and dogs. Can’t say enough positive things about our 3 days and nights at Art’s place!

We were all very comfortable and greatly enjoyed the games, and especially loved spending time in the pool and spa. Roxana was proactive in communications and got back to us right away when we had questions.

Doug was incredibly kind and responsive from the start! He met us upon arrival and gave us a tour and went through the rules and how-to's of the home. Through messaging, Doug learned we were there for our marriage and left us a bottle of champagne! So sweet! The private yard was great with an awesome pool and easy to control hot tub. The tile outside did have what I believe to be dried dog pee, so I would also wear shoes outside! The house did have some dust in the bedrooms around and under the beds. The king bed was not the most comfortable, but there were other beds to choose from which was comfortable. I don't mean to focus on the negatives, but for $400+ per night I am going to be picky! Overall, this place was perfect for our stay and I would come back to stay! Very close access to Fremont St. and Red Rock Canyon!

Big 5 bedroom house. Very clean. We come for soccer tournament in James Regional Sports Park and house was 4 min drive from the fields! Thank you!

Great and comfortable stay! Yuney was an absolutely pleasant host who made sure we were comfortable and happy the entire stay. She was responsive and understanding, making our overall experience a 10/10 experience. It was a comfortable and cozy space with plenty of amenities provided. Perfect spot to stay if you’re driving down to the strip or exploring the outer city of Las Vegas!

I've stayed here several times and love the location and the host Bruno is most helpful. Great hospitality and my pups love using the dog door which opens into a small gated area.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this home! Casey was super helpful and informative. Comfortable bed and quiet location! 10/10 recommend. Pool was awesome as well
