We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming — they truly made our day. The location is great too, with a mall just a short driving away that includes Whole Foods and plenty of dining options. There’s even a small playground in that mall, which our kids absolutely loved. Although the property is off the Strip, we didn’t mind at all since there’s a convenient shuttle available. We also enjoyed the hotel’s view lounge and all the pool areas — such a relaxing experience! This place is perfect for a family vacation in Las Vegas, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. One more thing worth mentioning: the listed checkout time was 11am, but it is 10am. When I asked if we could extend it to 11am, they kindly allowed it with no hesitation and no extra charge. Amazing hospitality!

It was a great stay!! Just like the pictures, other than flys already in the rooms and only lamps on the rooms, it was great!

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

This is the first Airbnb I've stayed at in Vegas (I usually stay in the hotels near the strip) and I'm incredibly impressed. Abby was super helpful and the place was actually bigger than expected! After a long flight I didn't want any trouble getting in and I had no trouble at all since Abby had sent everything I could need before I arrived. Super clean and everything we could need for our stay was available. I loved the privacy our unit had and the attention to detail to make the space feel like home. Overall, 10/10! I have been converted from big Vegas hotel to Airbnb especially if I can stay in this Airbnb again!!

This is my third time at Jan’s studio because every time I come to this part of Vegas, I always want to stay here! Jan is so wonderful and welcoming and it is always an honor to be hosted by her. The studio is my favorite. It’s so cozy and always amazingly clean.

We had a great time at Gabriel’s place! The space was exactly as pictured—very clean, beautiful, and with a lovely ambience. Gabriel was also very quick to respond whenever we needed anything, which made our stay even smoother. The only suggestion I have is to inform guests earlier about the $200 deposit required by Palms Place, just so there are no surprises. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we’d definitely book again!

Rafael was a very responsive host! Airbnb is about 20ish minutes from the strip, nice and quiet and very clean. Close to gas stations, fast food joints and other shops around the area. Definitely recommend for those visiting Vegas 👏🏻

Had a great experience here—needed a place for a long-term stay and this condo was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, close to everything you need, only about 15ish min to the strip and the airport. The condo itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had great storage space, which made settling in so much easier. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful—anytime we had a question or small issue, they were quick to respond and resolve it right away. We really appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

We loved the apartment, simple and comfortable. The view of the city is phenomenal. One whole wall is windows that show city lights. The shower has two heads and there was plenty of hot water.

Staying at Elad’s was a wonderful experience that truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. Very comfortable clean apartment! Nothing fancy, but tidy and cute. Convenient to freeway, grocery and shopping. Had one night with loud neighbors, and Rashidat was very helpful and open in addressing this. The rest of our stay was quiet and cozy. Perfect spot to stay with colleagues, as each bedroom felt private and had their own bathrooms.

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

I had a fantastic stay in Lake Las Vegas! The views of the mountains were absolutely beautiful and made for such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend this place for a quiet and scenic getaway.

Nice location just off the strip but really short walk to Gold Coast, and Rio. Spacious accommodation, ground floor unit, right by the main pool. Even though it was downstairs and next to a common area, you didn't hear anything going on outside unless you opened the door. Will stay again.
