Excellent house with ocean views in a two-story house 80 meters from Prainha and 150 meters from Enseada Beach. The house is on the second floor, and is complete, with a TV room, living room, large and airy balcony, all 3 bedrooms with new split air-conditioning, full kitchen, barbecue area, closed garage for two cars, artesian well. Close to restaurants, markets, etc. The house below belongs to my aunt, who never rents and rarely comes to the beach. We do not accept pets.
