Increible casa moderna en chacra con 100 m de costa de río a 170 km de CF. Se accede por tierra, es un loteo cerrado de chacras, con caminos no transitados por terceros. A 20 min del pueblo de Villa Paranacito. Tiene fogon con parrilla, muelle para pesca, río navegable y seguro, kayaks. Dos has de campo para pasear. Increíbles fogones, almuerzos en la galería, desayunos mirando el campo y atardeceres sobre el río. Un oasis de paz muy cerca de la ciudad. Se alquila solo para uso familiar.

Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking the entire city and with a beautiful boulevard that connects the city with the racetrack and up to the river. Located on the second to last floor of one of the tallest towers in Gualeguaychu. A warm place, close to all points of interest, access to the city, squares, parks, a few minutes walk from the Corsodromo and the main center next to walking and biking trails.

Fernanda was very kind. Always responded quickly to all messages. The place is fantastic, just like the photos. Very quiet, to rest a lot and be in touch with nature. We will certainly come back other times as we had a great time.

Impeccable, we went to rest and that's what we did. The The wifi doesn't work well and there's not much signal, the house is huge and the park is unbeatable, you have to bring balls and games and you don't leave the house, there's no supermarket nearby so you have to bring everything. 10 points for the facilities

We had a great time, thank you very much for the attention and the good vibes, the whole accommodation seemed great: the location, the common areas, the cabin, the 4-legged company haha. We wanted to relax and we got it, a good overall experience after this difficult year for everyone. We would definitely come back.

We had an excellent stay, at a very good price, with everything close by. Matias was very attentive, as was the lady who waited for us and gave us the key. I recommend it since we traveled from Colonia Uruguay and it is an excellent option for families visiting Gualeguaychú.
