Great option for a spring trip! We didn’t find snow for late-season skiing like we’d hoped for, but were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful hiking options. It’s located in a gorgeous pine-forest with fantastic waterfalls in the area. The mossy forest floor was soft and dry, even with the spring melting. There was no mud at all! The cabin was cosy and we made good use of the sauna, hot tub, and bbq. We especially loved our morning coffees on the terrace with a mountain view and the sounds of the creek, birds, frogs and lambs. Wonderful.

Heel vriendelijke host. Fantastisch mooi huisje, heel gezellig. Heel rustig en stille omgeving. We hebben zalig geslapen en de jaccuzi was een pluspunt voor ontspannen weer te kunnen vertrekken.

Schöne abgelegene Blockhütte in äußerster Ruhe mitten im nordischen Wald. Alles wichtige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt war vorhanden. Kamin und Sauna haben auch zum Wohlfühlen beigetragen. Empfehlung!

Honestly one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. Breathtaking views, super responsive and nice hosts. Saw the northern lights from the cabin itself it was amazing.

Tranquil stay with luxury amenities for a cottage (underfloor heating, hot tub, sauna etc.), glazing for spotting the aurora borealis in the evenings from inside and quick access to Levi etc. I was straight out on the xc-skiing slopes whether on my own or pulling along a kid in rented sledge. Our kids learnt to alpine ski and loved everything the outside had to offer, along with their bedroom, and extra toys in the cottage. We had everything we needed for a perfect family stay, no one wanted to leave!

We had a fantastic stay at Kaisa's place. The location was great, situated outside of Levi in a wonderful natural area where we were lucky enough to see the northern lights for multiple days. The house had everything we needed: cooking facilities, a washing machine, a dishwasher, maps for nearby areas and hikes, a sauna, and board games. Kaisa's support was excellent, although we had no issues at all. The house and everything else (e.g., towels) was very clean and pretty. Just keep in mind to bring your own water as the tap water has a slight smell. We would definitely come back!

Velutstyrt flott hytte i de finske skoger. Vi hadde med vår hund, og det finnes fine muligheter for tur både på gangvei og i skog. Man bør ha bil for å bo i denne hytta. Moderne og koselig. Her er det plass til mange da det er mange soveplasser. Maiju er så hyggelig og snill. Hun er behjelpelig og svarer fort på alle spørsmål man har. Stort pluss at man får ha hund med til hytta. Takk for oss Maiju og Kimmo :) Anbefales!

Vi havde en dejlig helg i denne hyggelige hytte som ligger med flot udsigt og fin natur. Tog en flot skitur til soulovoupmi fjellstue.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist super. Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es gibt genügend Platz für warme Kleidung, Skiausrüstung usw. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Sauna könnte wärmer machen.

Panu est un excellent hôte! Il nous a donné énormément de bons conseils pour des activités aux alentours. La maison est très agréable, hyper bien équipée en matériel de cuisine et sportif et les paysages sont à couper le souffle. Je vous recommande à 200% de séjourner dans sa maison. On a adoré la saison hivernale mais on reviendra à la belle saison c'est sur et certain! Merci Panu :-)

Die Hütte ist wunderschön gelegen an einem kleinen See mit perfektem Blick auf die wunderschönen Nordlichter (die stärksten die wir bisher überhaupt gesehen haben!) Wir konnten die Lichter sogar vom Bett aus durch das große Fenster sehen und beobachten. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort und perfekt zum Entspannen und den Alltagsstress zu entkommen. Die Hütte ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Durch die großen Fenster fühlt man sich der Natur sogar noch ein bisschen näher. Wer im Winter mitten im Wald in Ruhe vor einem Kamin entspannen möchte, zwischendurch einen Saunagang machen und dann nach Nordlichtern jagen will der ist hier genau richtig. (es gibt auch die Möglichkeit für Schneeschuhwanderungen etc. Das haben wir allerdings selbst nicht ausprobiert)

Emplacement du chalet tout simplement spectaculaire. Niché au cœur de la nature, loin de l'agitation de la ville, endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de la tranquillité. La vue environnantes était magnifique, surtout au lever et au coucher du jour (journées très courtes). Service de BUS pour se rendre aux pistes et au centre de LEVI... fréquence toutes les 30min, si non 5 min en voiture. Le chalet était impeccable. Propre, bien entretenu et décoré avec goût, il offrait tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. La cuisine était entièrement équipée, les lits étaient confortables et la salle de bains était moderne et fonctionnelle. Il y avait aussi un SAUNA et une cheminée à bois. Le propriétaire était également très sympathique et attentif à nos besoins. Il nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour et était disponible pour répondre immédiatement à toutes nos interrogations/questions. Je le recommande vivement.

Absolutely stunning location, calm, relaxing and beautiful. Managed to see the northern lights every night too which was lovely. 100% recommend this place.

Really beautiful cottage surrounded by the forest. Space was cosy, and really comfortable. Nearest supermarket and food option is 6km away, but the location makes this slight inconvenience worth it. The only thing as mentioned by others, is the lack of wifi in the home. Would have been perfect if there was that. If you're lucky, you may even catch the northern lights just outside the cottage! Met Airi when I left and she was very lovely.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Alveus en famille! Le chalet est bien situé, proche du centre-ville, et est très fonctionnel (équipements complets). La literie confortable et le sauna, très appréciable après de longues journées passées dans le froid. La vue du séjour est à couper le souffle, vue forêt enneigée. Les hôtes ont été réactifs et nous ont offert du chocolat finlandais à notre arrivée, une belle attention. Une région de Finlande magnifique et magique! Nous n’avons qu’une envie: y retourner au plus vite! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés!!!

Mari was een top host. Ze is zelf niet aanwezig bij de aankomst, maar verwelkomt je via bericht en geeft je enkele uren voor aankomst de code waarmee je naar binnen kan gaan. Op deze manier voelde het direct als je eigen persoonlijke huisje. Het huisje was heel erg proper, ook volledig onze stijl. Er is met zeer duurzaam materiaal aan gewerkt, waardoor het echt aanvoelt als luxe. De mooie hoge ramen zijn echt een pluspunt. Het uitzicht vanuit het huisje is prachtig! Ons verblijf was heel aangenaam. Dank je wel!

Tero’s cottage is the perfect Lapland getaway. We have stayed in many places around Levi and none have been so quiet and secluded, without light pollution. The cottage is right on the lakeside and our children enjoyed playing with the sledges on the lake in the evenings. Tero was extremely swift to respond to any questions, and got a plumber to come quickly to install the washing machine when we asked.

Absolutely loved the place. Far enough to feel the peace of nature but close enough to town to go for restaurants, shops & activities. Hands down, would return any time and we were lucky enough to see the best aurora of our entire 1-week trip just outside the house by the river. The cottage is just as described and the wood-fire sauna was very good and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for everything, including oven and dish washer. Very few things to improve, but if anything, it would be nice to have a hair dryer as well as more towels since we got only one to shower and one for the hands and you will be doing saunas. Moreover, some instructions for the sauna could come handy as you need to open some valves on the upper floor but Maaike was very responsive so it could be solved immediately . Can definitely recommend the place overall!
