At the property, you'll have access to the entire cottage, a yard shelter, and a heating point for the car. The surrounding nature with its diverse waters offers nature experiences in all seasons. The nearby Puljutunturi is a great hiking destination. Not for hunting.

A warm, cozy cottage, close to fishing, berry picking and hunting grounds The cottage is located in a village of 4 permanent residents called Äijäjoki, there are several cottages in the village. The cottage, actually a house, has been somewhat renovated but still needs a little bit of work, but it feels cozy, like a granny's house. Right next to the house there is a river that can be seen from the terrace of the outdoor sauna, the Rajajoki river is nearby. The rent includes linen, snowshoes and forest boots for four, as well as sleds and kick sleds.

There is a extrabed in the livingroom. Kilpisjärvi is a great place both summer, fall and winter. Great for mountain walks, fishing and winter activities such as skiing and snowmobiling. The cabin is located in an area with several other cabins.

Cozy cottage near Lake Ounasjärvi. Beautiful view of Ounastunturi. Located in a peaceful area, but a short distance from the village center. From the cabin, it is easy to go on day trips to, for example, Pyhäkerro and other nearby fells and nature trails, as well as to Norway. In the spring, it's a short walk, about 300 meters, to the beautiful Tunturi ski trails. Extensive interior renovations completed in April 2026.
