The Fish House

The Fish House is nestled in the outskirts of Bozeman, Montana located on the Gallatin River, and geared for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s also located across the street to Cottonwood Golf Course. It is centrally located to Bridger Bowl-27 miles , Big Sky-45 miles, BozemanYellowstone Int'l Airport-15 miles, and Yellowstone National Park-84 miles...and only 8 miles to Bozeman. Come enjoy a stay at the Fish House, on one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world right out your back patio! The Fish house has many state of the art features. The entry to the house is accessed with your phone on an app. Hue lighting and motion lighting helps to illumine the space, inside as well as outside. High speed internet, and access to Apple TV are provided. The Fish house, though only 750 sq ft, has all the comforts of home. It has radiant heat in the floors. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The bathroom with its high end fixtures, creates an unique space with the driftwood walk in shower and touch controls. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing areas around. There are steps leading you to the Gallatin river, with rock boulder steps for access to the river. There's a brand new Weber Gas grill on patio. And when the weather allows, there are lounging chairs by the river or lounging chairs on the patio. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap or book. Guests can park right in front of the Fish house. The owners, Todd & Traci live next door in the River House, which they are currently renovating . They are typically available if needed, but allow guests to have their own space. Both Todd and Traci grew up in Bozeman, so are quite familiar with the area and its amenities, as well. The Fish House is unique in being in the country across the street from Cottonwood golf course & on the Gallatin river, but only minutes away from local restaurants, shopping and gas. There are 3 main buildings on the property, with the Fish house being the center one with the lit Driftwood Tree in the center. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!

It is off the beaten path on a private road yet 10 minutes to downtown and the airport. It offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer on over an acre. The yard is partially fenced. Enjoy sitting outside in the front at the bistro table or out back at the glass table. We’re just down the road from the 2 vet clinics.

Big Sky Cabin

This charming cabin is a 10 minute drive from Big Sky town and 20 minutes to the slopes. It’s a stone's throw away from the Gallatin River. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and AC. The basement bedroom has two twin over double bunks. The kitchen includes a Viking range. A small dining room allows for family meals. The upstairs living room provides room to lounge and enjoy mountain views. The basement living room has TV and a cozy wood burning stove. Wifi. SORRY, NO PETS DUE TO ALLERGIES.

Star viewing! 12 miles to Bozeman and 30 to Big Sky. The 2 bedrooms (one queen and two singles) can be divided or used as one suite. A bedroom is wheelchair friendly. Relax with the whole family in this rural setting stay. This place is great for larger groups and longer stays. The large kitchen and lots of room inside and out makes it easy to stay in and not stress with going into town. Outside is 1 acre of fenced yard. A concrete pad with a dining area that is perfect for summer dinners. Extra points for spotting the wild turkeys or the longhorn cows from the covered patio! 12 minute scenic drive to the airport. Spacious and bright second-story detached studio guesthouse with a clean rustic design. This space will become your home away from home. Complete with a queen bed, office area with a comfortable desk and wifi, welcoming living space with TV and Roku, washer/dryer, an open well-equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, appliances, and a large BBQ grill), and the use of e-bikes (during the summer months and with a signed waiver). The Pale Morning Dun in Manhattan, MT

Guests have the entire house. This farmhouse was moved from the original site of Manhattan in 1907. In 2003 we added a 2nd floor and many timber-framed structural elements. The house is approximately 1.5 blocks from a train crossing. For people sensitive to the noise of a train's whistle, we would recommend looking elsewhere. It runs through the night, mostly in the summer months. Thanks!
