In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

Our bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by lots of green space and close to the forest. The historic fountain house and Martfeld Castle are within walking distance in 10 or 20 minutes, as well as three beautiful playgrounds, a small soccer field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets and a beverage market close by.

Large, nicely furnished apartment. Very cozy and as shown or described in the photos. Everything you need is available. Even coffee, tea and water. A parking space was always available in front of or near the property. The communication was very friendly and fast. Good starting point for many excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

An attic room features slanted ceilings with exposed wooden beams. A skylight invites natural light into the space. A neatly made bed is adorned with a white quilt, positioned on a carpeted floor. Wall niches provide a subtle accent to the minimalist decor.

The apartment is larger and even more beautiful than in the photos and I felt very comfortable. Everything that is needed at short notice and fundamentally is private and quiet in a beautiful area. Communication was always friendly and helpful, all questions were answered quickly and help was also offered! I was completely satisfied and will always stay in the accommodation because of a training in the area, which makes me very happy :)
