The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and the steep garden was extensively restored in almost 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

In a quiet location with a beautiful view of the Rhine, the log cabin is located right next to the edge of the forest. With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Winter (unter 5°C) ist der Whirlpool leider nicht nutzbar.
