Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a brand new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

In the high district of Zell-Barl, located on the edge of the forest, this bright 2-room apartment with views of the large garden is located on the upper floor. From here, all the sights and hiking trails of the Moselle are within easy reach. The apartment with 1 bedroom for up to 2 people (double bed) is located on the 2nd floor in a former winery. It is spacious, bright and fully furnished. Price : 50,- € for 2 pers. incl. Linens and towels. Each additional person €20.00. For larger groups, the studio can be reached via a staircase in the apartment with up to 4 additional beds (1 bed 140x200, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed (per person 20€ extra charge) can be booked.

Beautiful apartment in the countryside with outdoor terrace. Very quiet location on the outskirts. We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets are quickly accessible from the apartment by car.
