Wonderful place to relax in Workum

This lovely apartment, located on the second floor, has a beautiful view over the countryside, is directly on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway you will reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box-spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with next to it the spacious bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Cosy and quiet 3 story-house in the heart of the beautiful and historical centrum of Hoorn. Walking distance to musea, restaurants and shopping streets. Very complete, including 2 complimentary bicycles and a Chromecast for rainy days. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house. Guarantee of cleanliness and comfort for you. From 2022-23 nature park is the city beach promenade available only 3-4 minutes walk from the house.

Get away from it all, enjoy nature on the edge of the IJsselmeer and beach. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports.
