In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Petit studio sous combles sur le quai de Caligny au 3ème étage, centre ville, idéal pour une personne. Il n’est pas adapté pour plus de 2 personnes. ( merci de respecter) Les restaurants se trouvent juste en bas de l’immeuble. Belle vue sur le port. Naval groupe à 10 minutes en voiture. Pour la sécurité de tous, nous avons installé une caméra de surveillance dans le hall d’entrée qui permet de surveiller les allées et venues. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et l’escalier est assez étroit.
